Ratio party! Buzzfeed reports that Beto O'Rourke's campaign suddenly 'has a purpose' (and people have thoughts)

You would think that your presidential campaign would have a “purpose” from the moment it was launched, but according to Buzzfeed, Robert Francis “Beto” O’Rourke has only just now discovered his:

And by “purpose” they, of course, mean O’Rourke’s promises to confiscate certain kinds of guns via “mandatory buyback” in the extremely unlikely event he’s elected president. But there are other purposes:
