As we told you yesterday, journalist Yashar Ali had a thread of tweets detailing what he called “highly inappropriate and unethical” behavior directed towards him from an NBC/MSNBC managing editor “on behalf of the DNC.” NBC’s PR department later had nothing more to offer after CNN’s Brian Stelter and others asked them for a reaction. And with that absence of comment from NBC, Stelter himself helped the network spin their way out of it:
