On Wednesday night, Jussie Smollett was arrested by Chicago police, and on Thursday afternoon prosecutors laid out a devastating case against the “Empire” actor. It’s all looking so bad for Smollett that CNN’s Van Jones thinks it might ruin his reputation as being comparable to Jackie Robinson. No, seriously:
