At the beginning of a House Judiciary Committee hearing where acting Attorney General Matt Whitaker is taking questions, committee chair Rep. Jerrold Nadler reminded everybody that each Q & A turn would be limited to five minutes. During Nadler’s round of questioning with Whitaker, the congressman was reminded of something:
