Sally Kohn & blue check Resistance triggered by empty seats in public section at Kavanaugh hearing get reality checked

The beginning of today’s Senate Judiciary Committee hearing ahead of questions for SCOTUS nominee Brett Kavanaugh featured plenty of disruption from activists in the public section of the room:

Before too long, there were fewer seats occupied by the public:

One thing’s for sure: There would be a lot more filled seats if so many people hadn’t disrupted the hearing and gotten themselves removed from the room:
