Scott Pruitt, the head of the Environmental Protection Agency, today announced that the previous administration’s “Clean Power Plan,” unveiled by President Obama in August of 2015, would be rescinded:

Aside from that serving as yet another example of the perils of “pen and phone”-style leadership, Alyssa Milano’s concerned that rescinding Obama’s eco regulations might spark a planetary emergency:
