Fox News hater Bette Midler sings IRONIC tune after death of Roger Ailes

As Twitchy reported early Thursday, Fox News founder Roger Ailes passed away at age 77. Bette Midler marked Ailes’ death this way:

I would be remiss is I didn't note the death of #rogerailes, the one man responsible for the poisoning of civil political discourse in US.

Naturally Midler wouldn’t like somebody who started a media outlet that didn’t fall in line with the “mainstream” established liberal venues, but the tone of her tweet was seen as ironic as it gets:
