With much focus on President Trump’s budget proposal and the flipping out thereof, Sally Kohn weighed in on foreign aid:
Foreign aid is not only a duty rich nations have toward poor ones but a key tactic for undermining the animosity that feeds terrorism.

Is that so?

Bingo!
Individuals have a charitable duty. Nations do not. Reach in your own pocket if inclined to be charitable..

So what constitutional reference do you have for "duty"?

thats tactic weakness, your terminology are conflicting with logic at the same sentence

Kohn seems to be forgetting about all the times foreign aid gets funneled to terrorists or when it’s directly given to their enablers in the form of pallets of cash.
Foreign aid tends to end up funding terrorism. BTW, is there actually anything that doesn't feed terrorists' animosity towards the west? https://t.co/qwrM3IlXzA
