WHOOSH! Iowahawk flushes Obama admin's Iran 'leverage' spin down the drain

Yesterday, State Department Spokesman John Kirby admitted that the a $400 million payment to Iran was contingent upon the release of four U.S. citizens being held in that country, but denied that it was any sort of ransom payment. Instead, the Obama administration is using a different word:
