Well, in fairness to President Obama, he’s not just going to the #SXSW festival while in Texas:
Pres Obama embarks this morning on a 2-day fundraising trip to Texas. Has 2 Dem events today in Austin and 2 tomorrow in Dallas.

The SXSW visit is so taxpayers can pick up the tab for Obama’s trip to a few fundraisers:
