There are reports that the U.S. Army is going to charge Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl with desertion.

When Susan Rice was making the media rounds attempting to make the case for President Obama’s swap of five Gitmo detainees for Bergdahl, she made a claim that is coming back to haunt her (or maybe the MSM won’t bother to mention it):
