Cue crickets: Richard Grenell has a simple question for Marie Harf

State Department deputy spokesperson Marie Harf made quite a splash this week when she said that part of the reason ISIS (and others) turn to terrorism is because of a lack of job opportunities.

Based on that, Fox News contributor Richard Grenell asked Harf a logical question:
