The White House, not to mention some of the media, are aghast that Speaker Boehner invited Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to address a joint session of Congress without informing the Obama administration.
Josh Earnest today criticized he alleged breach of protocol:
WH: "typical protocol would suggest that the leader of a country would contact the leader of another country when he’s traveling there"
