'I had nothing to do with it': Rep. Lacy Clay ID's Nebraska tweeter in Ferguson statement

Rep. Lacy Clay, a Democrat representing Missouri’s 1st congressional district, commented early Monday morning about the looting and vandalism in the city of Ferguson that sparked from protests of the police shooting of Michael Brown:
