Oops. There's a second recording of Jonathan Gruber saying no-state-exchanges-no-subsidies. From Breitbart: http://t.co/pbAoYkNEi9

Obamacare architect Jonathan Gruber was recorded in 2012 telling audiences that states which failed to establish their own exchanges would not receive federal subsidies under the Affordable Care Act. Gruber said he misspoke and made a “speak-o.”
John Sexton at the Breitbart blog has found a second speech in which Gruber claimed only states that had set up Obamacare exchanges would qualify for subsidies:

Will Gruber claim he made the same “speak-o” on multiple occasions? Pretty much:
LOL Gruber just addressed the second video. Wonder what he'll say when the next one surfaces? http://t.co/HuehzszB3y

What’s the maximum number of “speak-o” pleas allowed by law?
I sympathize w Gruber. I mean, I misspeak abt my policy baby for 3 straight mins in prepared remarks all the time.
