As Twitchy reported, the Supreme Court this morning ruled that an expansive “buffer zone” around abortion clinics in Massachusetts violated the First Amendment.
The SCOTUS ruling was unanimous, but Sandra Fluke referred to is as an attack on women’s rights:
Supreme Court decides in McCullen v. Coakley that clinic buffer zones are unconstitutional. One more attack on women's rights.

Attempts were made to try and make rhyme or reason out of Fluke’s statement:
@SandraFluke It was unanimous. Pro-choice justices agreed it was unconstitutional.

@SandraFluke women protest and die from abortion too. You were thinking only about your faux feminists again.

@SandraFluke Afraid if a woman hears the truth they'll turn around & go home to have the baby? Free Speech protects women's rights

Um, 1st Amendment is a woman's right. Stop trying to be relevant. You're not. RT @SandraFluke https://t.co/dtdP152jCH

Apparently in Fluke’s world the rights of women who wish to speak out against abortion don’t fall under her “women’s rights” umbrella.
