Elon Musk seconds Piers Morgan's suggestion for those whining about the 'death of Twitter'

Former Twitter employees who Elon Musk let go after buying the company sure seem to think they were the difference between a profitable company and bankruptcy, and that contributed to #RIPTwitter trending (on Twitter, ironically enough). If we were to listen to the alarms being sounded by some of the usual panic-mongers, The End Is Near.

And yet, Twitter is still up and running:

Lmao… that's *not* exactly how it went down pic.twitter.com/bSSErFP8l8

wait sorry is everyone freaking out that Twitter is going to vanish because of blind quotes from disgruntled employees in a WaPo article

Checking on 12 hours later, twitter still here some how

Piers Morgan offered this suggestion for those making high drama about what’s happening with Twitter under Musk’s ownership:

Could all the people currently whining about ‘the death of Twitter’ since @elonmusk bought it… just leave Twitter?

— Piers Morgan (@piersmorgan) November 18, 2022

Musk has seconded the motion:

Seriously

— Elon Musk (@elonmusk) November 18, 2022

And yet for some reason we don’t think those Twitter users will take that excellent advice.
