Over the weekend, I reported on a debate held at the Oxford Union. The question was, "This house believes we should be suspicious of Islam," and the president of the Oxford Union, a Palestinian Muslim named Aisha Khan Aziz, told bad boy Tommy Robinson that there was a mob rioting outside, and without the security provided by a Palestinian Muslim, Robinson would be "quite literally cooked." Needless to say, she wasn't making the argument she thought she was making. "You believe we should be suspicious of Islam, which has caused Muslims to riot outside and call for your death."
According to the BBC, the debate on Islam cost the Thames Valley Police around £100,000 in policing.
