As Twitchy reported earlier, CNN has already beclowned itself Monday with its breathless coverage of former President Trump making his way to Manhattan to be arraigned tomorrow. We saw his motorcade leave Mar-a-Lago, after which helicopters took over to give an aerial view of the motorcade making its way to the airport. We saw live footage of Trump Force One sitting on the tarmac:

CNN even broke from a commercial to show the jet taking off. Since then, we’ve been treated to footage of the plane landing in New York and sitting on the tarmac there.
If there’s one thing the media wanted us to know before, it’s that Trump’s indictment was “historic.” The tone has changed now, and CNN panelists are summing up the looming indictment as “solemn and somber.”

As if every one of these clowns didn’t pop the champagne when they heard the grand jury had voted to indict. But we guess they have to pretend it’s serious and somber to lend credibility to the proceedings.
Remember when Nancy Pelosi announced Trump’s impeachment and insisted what a “sad” and “solemn” moment it was? Same thing.
