Rep. Ilhan Omar says getting kicked off the African subcommittee is racist and xenophobic

We’ve done a ton of posts on Reps. Adam Schiff and Eric Swalwell crying about being kicked off of the Intelligence Committee. They’ll cry to anyone who’ll have them, whether it’s MSNBC or all of the teenagers on TikTok. We’ve even been assured that Speaker Kevin McCarthy is trying to get Swalwell, Schiff, and Ilhan Omar killed by kicking them off their committees.

We haven’t paid much attention to Omar, but she’s weighed in and says getting kicked off of the Foreign Affairs Committee is “racist, xenophobic and discriminatory.”

As the only African born, not being on the Africa subcommittee is not just an elimination of a unique voice but an elimination of all the voices that have never been heard on a committee on the continent.

It’s racist to boot her off the committee so you can’t do it or you’re a racist. But when you’re called a racist over everything, it kind of loses its sting. OK, it’s racist and xenophobic. See ya.
