Waukesha parade massacre suspect moves for trial to be dismissed because none of his victims are present

Remember the Waukesha “parade crash” last November that was “caused by an SUV?” The jury has been selected, and the person driving that SUV, Darrell Brooks, has chosen to represent himself in court. And from the looks of things, he’s doing a bang-up job. The Post Millennial points out that Brooks asked the judge to dismiss his case because none of the injured (or dead) were present in court to make accusations against him. It took a month for the Biden administration to send second gentleman Doug Emhoff and first lady Dr. Jill Biden to Waukesha. And when Biden visited the hospital, all of her remarks were about getting the COVID vaccine.

It took Jill Biden’s visit to Waukesha for the Washington Post to even write again about the “parade crash.” Who knows if the media will cover the guilty verdict?
