We just mentioned a day ago that the fear of President Joe Biden being impeached if Republicans take the House in the fall is a thing now. Just a week ago, Rep. Adam Kinzinger tweeted that Republican “crazies” will try to impeach Biden “every week” if they take the House. Activist David Hogg said over the weekend he’s afraid Republicans will “make something up” to try to impeach Biden. Chuck Todd on Sunday asked Rep. Nancy Mace about the possibility of Biden being impeached and was savaged by leftists for not pushing back. University of Alabama law professor and MSNBC contributor Joyce Alene said Monday that Republicans will come up with “all sorts of nonsense reasons” to draw up articles of impeachment against Biden, who’s not done one thing wrong.
Now Rep. Matt Gaetz is saying Republicans should immediately begin impeachment of Biden if they get the majority, and David Axelrod wonders is “retaliatory impeachment” is what America needs right now with all the challenges we face.

I'm old enough to remember all the Dems promising to impeach Trump before he ever took office.
It's been treated as a tit-for-tat weaponization since Clinton's deserved impeachment for subornation of perjury, but kicked into overdrive starting in 2016-2017.

We, too, are old enough for Democrats talking about impeaching Donald Trump before he was even inaugurated. And the fact that he was impeached two times too many makes it easy to forget that Democrats drew up even more articles of impeachment against him that went nowhere.
