As we just said in a post about Sen. Ed Markey, lefties are up in arms over the “dangerous influence” that billionaires like Elon Musk hold over the rest of us. Twitter was owned by billionaires a couple of days ago, but no one then cared about it. We’re more concerned with the influence that the press has. You probably remember when BuzzFeed published the infamous Steele dossier in full — and from what we’d seen online, the dossier detailing the existence of the “pee-pee tape” had been leaked to several people in the media, all of whom turned down reporting on it because none of it could be verified. BuzzFeed finally did what the people at Fusion GPS had been waiting for, but they did it after the election.
Professor Margot Cleveland has been reviewing an interview with the “Fusion fools” and found that the leak of the dossier, in their minds, was a “Hail Mary” to somehow get Donald Trump’s inauguration put off. Glenn Simpson says that leaking the dossier was apparently an attempt to “thwart the swearing-in of Trump” and if the information got out, it might lead to Trump’s inaugural being put off.
OMGosh. So I'm working on an article & reviewing an interview w/ the Fusion fools, and low-and-behold, the Clinton-funded dossier filled w/ lies fed to Steele by her cronies was leaked to BuzzFeed as a "hail Mary" "to thwart the swearing-in of Trump." I never realized that. 2/ pic.twitter.com/X9d0r0nDbJ

2/2 If only there were a Congressional committee that could investigate such extra-judicial attacks on our Republic and the peaceful transfer of power.

The Hunter Biden laptop story, which was 100 percent true? Suppressed. The dossier, which was fake, was published by BuzzFeed and picked up by the rest of the media once that happened and made it a “legitimate” story.
Crickets from the "tried to overthrow the results of a free and fair election" crowd.

Wouldnt that be insurrection?
— Mrshll Mllr (@mrshllmllr291) April 26, 2022
That reads like it was an insurrection.

Wasn’t that the reason they were trying to get the electors to be unfaithful? And wasn’t it the same people who tried to do that who then complained about the lack of a peaceful transfer of power in 2021?

Sounds like an insurrection.

Now *THIS* is what trying to subvert the will of the people looks like.

Keep in mind that the Steele dossier was funded by the DNC and the Hillary Clinton campaign. It was opposition “research,” bought and paid for.
When we take back the House and Senate, our Republican leaders better go full on attack dog. For everything.
