School's 'transition closet' allows kids to change into clothes that fit their real identity, like the superheroes they are

First, Political Sock has a good thread on Florida’s “Don’t Say Gay” bill, which, as Karol Markowicz has pointed out, is a nickname the media has been happy to go along with:

This hateful bill would keep discussions about sexual orientation and gender identity out of primary schools only. Why the need to shield first-graders from discussions about transgenderism? As we reported last year, a New York legislator proposed a bill that would force public and charter schools to teach 5-year-olds about “gender identity” and instruct 8-year-olds on hormone blockers to prevent puberty in transgender-identifying preteens.

We don’t know if this is from Florida, but it’s a perfect example of cutting the parents out of the equation. The school’s “transition closet” allows kids to come to school in the outfits their parents picked out for them and then switch into clothes that reflect their true gender identity … like the superheroes they are.

Schools are a “safe space” where their backward parents can’t reach them.

If these teachers were as dedicated to teaching their subjects as they are at getting involved in young children’s sexual identities we might not be so far behind other countries in academics.
