Elon Musk responds to Sen. Elizabeth Warren accusing him of 'freeloading off everyone else' and we're dead

In case you missed it, TIME Magazine named Elon Musk its person of the year. TIME made it clear this wasn’t some sort of humanitarian award but rather a case of Musk’s influence, both good and bad, as well as, in Howard Kurtz’s words, his “flamboyant Twitter defiance.”

On Monday, Sen. Elizabeth Warren tweeted that she wanted to change the rigged tax code to stop TIME’s person of the year from freeloading off everyone else.

Warren didn’t tag Musk, but he eventually found her tweet and put some of that “flamboyant Twitter defiance” into action:
