As Twitchy reported after members of the Black Hebrew Israelites committed a deadly terrorist attack on a kosher supermarket in Jersey City, the Wall Street Journal posted a take so bad that the paper eventually deleted it:

The targeting of a Jewish supermarket for a mass shooting shook the Jewish community as well, you know.
Now Dov Hikind has found essentially the same take in the New Yorker:
Basically, Jews moving into town caused otherwise good people to murder Jews?
What kind of sick analysis is this from the @NewYorker? Since when do you blame murder victims for murder?! Only when it’s a Jew?!

So Jews moving into the neighborhood sparked a shooting spree? Were they not supposed to move there?
The New Yorker needs to publish an apology immediately!! That is despicable. Especially after that video coverage of neighbors on the street while bodies lay dead on the floor saying severely antisemitic slurs and blaming Jews for living there. That was awful enough. APOLOGIZE

The only things that needs untangling are the minds of the reporter and editors responsible for this drivel. There takeaways:
1. Hassids are taking over the neighborhood.
2. If victims were black nobody would care.
3. Not really abt Jews, all lives matter.

If a large group of ppl I do not like move into my town then violence is acceptable?
— Jesse Dowdy (@dowdyjk) December 16, 2019
Can't believe they think they "own" the neighborhood as if nobody else can move in. Racist
— Violet Sunset (@IvyFoliage) December 16, 2019
That is disgusting antisemitism on the New Yorker's end there.

The elite editors have given the order to their minions: we publish ANYTHING that is Orange Man Bad, Jew bad, police bad, military bad, wall bad, illegal immigrant good, socialism good, babies bad, heterosexual bad, flyover country bad, white bad, Christian bad, gun bad, etc.
