New poll shows Hillary Clinton in a dead heat with Joe Biden were she to jump into the race

So you’re saying there’s a chance? Ex-Hillary Clinton adviser Philippe Reines gave her supporters a little boost of adrenaline back in October when he said the chances of her jumping into the 2020 race were “running at somewhere between highly unlikely and zero, but it’s not zero.

Plus, Clinton hasn’t been at all quiet about election interference … like those flashing videos on the dark web that made her seem unlikable and kept her from taking the White House in 2016. She’s going after Facebook and other social media sites to make sure it doesn’t happen again.

But is she doing it for the sake of the Democrats, or for herself? A new poll released by Harvard Harris shows that if Clinton were to jump into the race right now, she’d be in a dead heat with Joe Biden. The survey puts her at a whopping 18 percent, compared to 19 percent for Biden.

The Daily Mail reports:

Hillary Clinton and Joe Biden would be nearly tied for the 2020 Democratic presidential nomination if the former first lady were running again, a new poll reveals.

The survey by Harvard Harris shows that Clinton would get 18 percent of the vote if she entered the race today, while 19 percent of Democrats would vote for Biden, who has 33 percent of the support currently.

Nearly 2,000 registered voters filled out an online survey from October 28-31 to determine these numbers.

This poll comes just a month after Clinton teased in a PBS interview that she could ‘beat’ Trump in 2020.

What? An online survey of 2,000 registered voters? That doesn’t sound very reliable. Still, we don’t deny that Clinton has die-hard supporters out there who actually still consider her the legitimate president.

So, should she jump in and embarrass Biden? It’s a dead heat, after all.

We could see her publish “What Happened Again,” 500 more pages of excuses why she lost.

We do wish she’d stop teasing, but it seems like she’s waiting to descend on the corpse of Biden’s campaign once it collapses completely.
