Hillary Clinton, who used homebrew email server, concerned that '10-year-olds are hacking our voting systems'

Hillary Clinton’s comments about Tulsi Gabbard being a Russian agent were the standout from her appearance of the podcast “Campaign HQ with David Plouffe,” but Ashe Schow, a stronger person than us, apparently listened to the entire podcast and pulled out another conspiracy zinger that ranks up there with Jill Stein’s beliefs that Russians were sneaking floppy disks into polling places in 2016 to “reprogram” voting machines.

First of all: If our voting systems were hacked, it was under the Obama administration, of which Clinton was a part. Did he even mention his concern about Russian meddling in our elections when she was his secretary of state? Word is he told Putin to “cut it out” and left it at that.

And second, as Schow points out, the story about the 10-year-old hacker from which Clinton might have been pulling has long since been debunked:

“We know we’re really vulnerable,” she continued. “Every, you know, every Hackathon that happens, you know, 10-year-olds are hacking our voting systems and the networks that connect them.”

The Daily Caller reported that Clinton’s claim of an 11-year-old hacking the election system came from a story last year that said the boy, according to USA Today, “successfully hacked into a replica of the website used by the Florida Secretary of State to report election results and changed them.”

The child and others were participating in a DefCon Voting Machine Hacking Village, where participants attempted to hack into replica websites in order to change their information.

The problem with the story, despite media claims it showed the vulnerability of our election system, is that the replica pages didn’t feature the same security systems as the real websites, meaning the children came nowhere close to actually “hacking our voting systems.”

Maybe she should have gone with Stein’s Russian floppy disk theory, though Stein is another Russian asset herself.

She swears, she thought the (c) was just some sort of paragraph numbering system … that started at C.
