New York Post writer Ebony Bowden sources her piece Tuesday night to “a longtime friend” of Rep. Ilhan Omar and her husband Ahmed Hirsi, whom she says she’s known for 20 years.
BREAKING: Rep. Ilhan Omar's (D-MN) husband wants a divorce after learning that Ilhan Omar is an alleged homewrecker https://t.co/pracYRGzvh

Alleged homewrecker? Well, there was that bit where Dr. Beth Jordan Mynett filed for divorce from her husband Tim Mynett after he reportedly told her in April that he was having an affair with Omar, and that she doubted that all of the travel expenses she’d run up with her campaign consultant were for official business.
Omar denied the allegation that same day:
Omar denied the allegation, saying, “No, I’m not,” in answer to the question if she’s separated from her husband and dating someone in an interview with WCCO Tuesday evening.https://t.co/n4ibtTH3jV

But The New York Post says that Omar’s husband finally changed his mind about filing for divorce after news of the alleged affair broke:
The Minnesota congresswoman and her husband allegedly separated in March, and Omar asked Hirsi to divorce her around that time because she didn’t want to file the papers — but Hirsi refused, telling her if she wanted a divorce she should do it herself, said the source, who has known both parties for 20 years.
The husband allegedly changed his mind after Tim Mynett’s wife last week filed bombshell divorce papers claiming her spouse was having an affair with the Somali-born US representative — with Hirsi said to be angry he had been made to look the fool by the allegations of an extramarital affair.

He definitely looks like a fool.
If you thought the family reunion was weird now, just you wait.

Ah, of course…everyone’s “out to get them”! Before it’s over it’ll be the GOP and Trump’s fault…you watch.

We’re surprised there hasn’t been a tweet from Omar on this yet … it’s been nearly a half-hour.
That’s a seriously messed up family unit! pic.twitter.com/yjcRXLeVdP

What would’ve happened if she was cheating on her husband in Somalia?

Some people would do something.

Thank goodness she lives in the U.S. and not Somalia, or Islamist militants may have harmed her for violating sharia law in Somalia. This alone should soften her heart with gratitude for everything America has to offer her no matter how she chooses to live out her freedom. #Ilhan

Oh no. Does that mean Omar lied (again)? ?. She tried to shut this story down but it’s not working. Her past is catching up

Maybe it’s all just gossip, but we wanted to make sure to set up the story for when her next tweet hits and she complains about being smeared again and tried to blame her faith, her race, or Trump.
