This tweet’s actually from Monday, but it came to mind after we saw Occupy Wall Street’s cartoon about stabbing ICE agents and ripping out their still-beating hearts. (By the way, the tweet’s still up … great work, Jack.)
Here’s a thought: Why not target ICE agents for harassment once they’re off the clock? Hassle them when they go to pick up their own kids from school, hassle them at the grocery store, hassle them everywhere.
This hot idea comes from “former campaign hack” Arielle Swernoff. Because, hey, how are they different from Nazis?
Members of ICE should be outed and ostracized. Hassled at restaurants, malls, when they pick their kids up from school, etc. You should not be able to be a part of the machine separating children from their families and clock out for a peaceful evening.

"I was just doing my job" did not hold up at Nuremberg, and should not now. https://t.co/eWKgdDH1yc

I have been thinking the same thing. You know how troops returning from Vietnam were jeered and spat on? We should make that look like a picnic. ANYONE who works for #ICE is complicit in this criminal enterprise. https://t.co/1kewpNqHon

OK, we can see where this is going — and that’s just a small sample of the responses.
NO. ICE has over 20,000 employees, most of whom do not separate children from parents. There are people who investigate human trafficking and other crimes as part of ICE. Don't call for harassment of 20,000+ people just because of agency membership. https://t.co/321dygsEEt

OK, so it’s ICE’s own Twitter account, but could we acknowledge the work that these agents do?
