Democrats promised a much different convention than the one seen in Cleveland last week, and so far they’ve delivered, big time. The downpour that hit Philadelphia Monday evening probably didn’t have anything to do with Democrats booing during the opening prayer, but the rain did seem to reach biblical proportions.
