Under fire from the Left for the Religious Freedom Restoration Act he signed last week, Indiana Gov. Mike Pence took the opportunity today to “clarify” the law and promise a legislative fix that would include explicit non-discrimination language.
Pence says he'd like legislation on his desk by the end of the week that clearly states IN law doesn't discriminate

Arkansas Gov. Asa Hutchinson will have the chance to get it right the first time when the Arkansas legislature sends him its own version of a religious freedom bill for his signature. Of course, convincing the public that Arkansas’ legislation is not a license for businesses to discriminate will be an uphill battle; behold:

Walmart, based in Arkansas, has already come out with a statement urging Hutchinson to veto the legislation. Does Walmart have the political and economic muscle to scuttle the bill?
