As Twitchy reported earlier this week, soon after former Boston Red Sox pitcher Curt Schilling tweeted congratulations to his daughter, who will pitch for her university’s softball team next year, a horde of Twitter trolls surfaced to taunt Schilling with lewd tweets targeting his child.
Schilling not only took screen caps of the offensive tweets and posted them to his blog (alongside some poignant commentary on how the world has changed in the age of social media); he also enlisted the help of any “good internet sleuths” who’d like to help him identify the “men” behind these horrible tweets.
Schilling announced Thursday that he’s tracked down another offender.
How about this? One kid threatening my daughter is a HS Football recruit that goes to @WadeHampton_HS in South Carolina?

@gehrig38 @WadeHampton_HS It is good that it is so easy to discover who these moral losers are! This shameful behavior will follow them.

@gehrig38 @WadeHampton_HS I think they should kick him off the team for using such vile language about your daughter.
