Louisiana Gov. Bobby Jindal took the stage at CPAC Thursday afternoon with a three-point speech, the first two being Obamacare and Common Core State Standards, both of which he said should be repealed.
Jindal big on repealing: repeal "every single word of Obamacare," remove Common Core "from every classroom." And Obama's immigration order

His third point, regarding Islamic terrorism, had him calling out President Obama and declaring that he had “disqualified himself” to serve as commander in chief.
Jindal says Obama has disqualified himself from being our commander in chief. #CPAC2015

You get the sense Jindal feels like he has to say more outrageous things than others have to in order to get attention. If so, he's right.

Jindal to Obama: "I'll keep an eye out for the medieval Christians, why don't you do your job" and focus on ISIS

Jindal on AUMF: Get rid of 3-year timeline and ban on ground troops. Give president all the authority he needs.

While Jindal took direct aim at Obama, most in the hall realized he wouldn’t be competing against Obama for the White House, but against others in the GOP, such as Gov. Scott Walker, who had taken the stage just before him.

Jindal really grabs crowd at CPAC, says he will announce WH intentions… when he's done thinking and praying on it.

#Cpac2015 loves Jindal, loved Walker more. #GOP2016

Jindal's rhetoric on ISIS way hotter – "barbarians…straight to hell where they belong…" -but the crowd reaction's way cooler than Walker
