As Twitchy reported, Michelle Malkin was among those sounding an early warning as a growing trend of anti-police vigilantism seemed to go ignored by the administration. With the senseless assassination of two New York City police officers Saturday afternoon, many more are calling out the unchecked hatred toward police that has grown alongside the protests that now occur daily from coast to coast.
Fox News’ Geraldo Rivera is especially incensed by the role anti-police rhetoric may have played in Saturday’s killings.
Did the harsh anti-police rhetoric from protestors & officials alike create climate where a scumbag terrorist felt justified to attack cops?

I strongly urge president to interrupt vacation to condemn killing of NYPD cops & state firmly with anger & resolve that this is intolerable
— Geraldo Rivera (@GeraldoRivera) December 20, 2014
like the president, NY Mayor Di Blasio and Rev Al Sharpton must condemn the senseless assasination of 2 cops & ask whether hate contributed.
— Geraldo Rivera (@GeraldoRivera) December 20, 2014
Don’t expect much on the cause from Mayor de Blasio.
DeBlasio: “Not a time for politics or political analysis.”

Those who stirred rage & acted out share the blame for brutal assasination of cops. This crime is as noxious & outrageous as ISIS beheadings

Crush the cop killers. Here is a righteous action by Justice Department: root out organization sworn to kill cops who also have civil rights
— Geraldo Rivera (@GeraldoRivera) December 21, 2014
Al Sharpton has issued a statement on the killings and said he’ll hold a press conference tomorrow morning. But what are the chances of the president addressing the nation?

Nobody but the killer is responsible for NYPD atrocity. But if you don't think months of anti-police incitement played a role, you're lying.
