'Looks so psyched!' Mike Bloomberg delivers Bill Gates a Microsoft Paint birthday greeting

A tasteful card would be nice, but Michael Bloomberg chose instead to make his own birthday greeting using the awesome graphical power of Microsoft Paint — at least that’s what he claims.
