Friday, amid growing scandal, Veterans Affairs Secretary Eric Shinseki announced that he had accepted the resignation of Undersecretary for Health Robert Petzel. (Petzel had already announced his upcoming retirement.)
Whistleblowers allege that as many as 40 veterans may have died while waiting for treatment at the Phoenix Veterans Affairs Health Care system. Why does that make us wary of any sort of government-controlled health care system?
@RealDeanCain I wouldn't have insurance if it wasn't for that law. Are you telling me I should not be allowed to buy health insurance?

@RealDeanCain I have to agree with both you & Brian. It's a terrible law but with my preconditions I couldn't get insurance until now.

Well, we can agree it’s a terrible piece of legislation.
@RealDeanCain I have been saying the same thing.
