The “Duck Dynasty” family issued a bold statement on the Duck Commander website Thursday evening, saying that they “cannot imagine the show going forward without our patriarch at the helm.” Phil Robertson is currently on indefinite suspension after telling GQ he believes homosexuality is a sin. Will the Robertsons bail on A&E? Many on Twitter seem to think so.
The statement released by the Robertson family is perfect. Your move, A&E.

@eonline Considering Duck Dynasty accounts for over 2/3rds of A&E's ratings, I'd say A&E is gonna lose far more than the Robertsons

@massSNAFU : I hope the Robertson family tells A&E goodbye! I am sure another network would love to have them

@OpieRadio Good! A&E needs them more than the Robertson's need A&E. Way to lose your no.1 show. Watch what happens in the next week. $$$$

Go Duck Dynasty! Read the Robertson's statement on http://t.co/clsp4gqwC8. Don't be ashamed of your faith. They called A&E's bluff. Love it.

After reading the Robertson family statement all I can say is good luck A&E you've lost a lot of viewers and possibly a hit show

@eonline I stand with the Robertsons. No more A&E

Glad the Robertson family is gonna either work it out with A&E or leave! A&E doesn't deserve these people! Some other channel will take 'em!

Fuck you #A&E I hope everyone stops watching you. Kick Phil Robertson off duck dynasty for his beliefs? You can all go fuck yourselves. (;

Here's hoping the Robertson's will take their show to a new network, where it will dwarf ratings it had on A&E. #StandWithPhil

Even before issuing their statement, the family had a standing invitation from Glenn Beck to move to his Blaze TV network.
