Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius posted a list of tips to finding insurance in a piece at the Huffington Post today, urging Americans to #GetCovered. The tips were also tweeted out by the official HHS account.

Yes, Tip No. 2 asks shoppers to visit HealthCare.gov at off-peak hours, such as mornings, evenings and weekends. Tonight, then, would seem the perfect opportunity to log on and shop for insurance. The only problem: the site is going offline overnight.
