Inspired by one-man “Monument Militia” Chris Cox, citizens from coast to coast and beyond continue to fill the void left by the government shutdown. This group on Saturday headed to the Pearl Harbor Memorial to pick up trash and “mow for America,” reportedly under threat of fines and possible imprisonment.
