One thing about President Donald Trump is that as much as he railed against fake news, the man took questions from the press all the time. He was always in the briefing room. He took questions while waiting to board Marine One. The man was not one to shy away from the press.
President Biden, on the other hand … we have a library of photos of him walking away from the podium ignoring reporters’ shouted questions. We have video of him just sitting like a lump ignoring questions from reporters. We suppose he thinks he can get away with it because he’s old and hard of hearing, or pretending to be.
Even the sympathetic White House press corp let out a collective groan when Karine Jean-Pierre said Biden took an “unprecedented” number of shouted questions from the press.
