We’re being wary with this one … Breaking911, which posted the clip, has a pretty good record of playing it straight. But the video is clipped rather abruptly after the word “brain.” If that was Biden’s complete thought, so be it, but if there’s more, we’d love to see it and determine if it makes any sense. After all, his diagnosis slipped his mind. You know the thing … aneurysms.
