ADL CEO says it's unacceptable for elected officials to 'weaponize' Rashida Tlaib's comments

You’d think Jonathan Greenblatt, CEO of the Anti-Defamation League, would be more concerned that Democratic leadership in the form of Nancy Pelosi and Steny Hoyer have reduced Rep. Rashida Tlaib’s attempt to revise world history to a “GOP smear” and are calling for Republicans to apologize to her.

Instead, he seems more concerned that Republicans are “weaponizing” Tlaib’s own words by, you know, quoting them.

She’s had all day to correct her remarks, but instead, she’s claiming the GOP is trying to silence her and retweeting support from notorious anti-Semites like the leadership of the Women’s March.

Again, she’s had all day to correct the record.

So what is it you do at the ADL again?

Have any Democrats in Congress even suggested to her that she “clarify” her words? She says “the truth will always win” … so what’s the truth here?
