Valerie Jarrett celebrates Obama's HISTORY-MAKING year (for commuting prison sentences)

President Obama has made commuting sentences of people convicted of drug felonies a major focus of his administration’s legacy push (even though dozens also had been convicted of firearm violations). The announcement of more commutations continued today:
