Human Rights Council's 2017 roster is 'another sick joke' from the UN, says Garry Kasparov

By now, most people probably have already broken their New Year’s resolutions, but for anyone a little late to the game, the United Nations Human Rights Council has a resolution to offer: standing up for human rights.
