On Friday, a mistrial was declared in the murder trial of Lindsay Clancy. Despite admitting that she killed her three children, 11 jurors voted to acquit her of first-degree murder by reason of insanity. One male juror refused to let her off the hook after a week of deliberations. The man is being hailed as a hero for championing common sense and resisting public pressure.
