Marion Barry hospitalized after auto accident, blames hypoglycemia

Washington DC Councilmember Marion Barry Jr. was hospitalized last  night after a crash that occurred when Barry drove the wrong way down Pennsylvania Avenue. Barry blamed the “minor fender bender” on a hypoglycemic attack caused by low blood glucose.
