Say what you will about the Trump administration, but at least Donald Trump knew how to be funny sometimes. Intentionally funny.
The same thing really can’t be said for the Biden administration. When we laugh at Joe Biden and his team, we’re full-on laughing at them. Because when they try to be funny, they’re not, and when they’re trying to be serious, we can’t take them seriously.
That’s certainly the case when it comes to White House Chief of Staff Ron Klain, who has a real knack for tooting horns we definitely wouldn’t be tooting if we were him:
