January 31 was nearly two months ago, and a lot has happened since then.
So, naturally, Vox is adapting to these changing times.
Unfortunately, in doing so, they’ve only compounded their utter beclownment:

A screenshot showing exactly which tweet you're talking about would have gone a long way into combating misinformation. Right now nobody knows WHICH info no longer reflects the current reality.

“Owning up to it” actually seems pretty generous a description for what Vox is doing. Seems more like they’re doing the bare minimum to acknowledge a major mistake and hoping as few people as possible take notice.
