Welp, Roger Stone has been convicted on all seven counts of obstruction of justice, witness tampering, and giving false statements to investigators. Which is odd, because he always seemed like such a stand-up guy.
Well anyway, Donald Trump doesn’t seem too pleased about what “they” have done to Stone. Especially since so many of Trump’s political enemies are still out there walking around as free men and women:
President Trump takes issue with the jury convicting his associate and adviser on 5 counts of lying to Congress, 1 count of witness tampering, and 1 count of obstructing a Congressional committee proceeding. https://t.co/yyfqWQrUK0

According to Trump, Stone’s conviction is not justice, but injustice:
So they now convict Roger Stone of lying and want to jail him for many years to come. Well, what about Crooked Hillary, Comey, Strzok, Page, McCabe, Brennan, Clapper, Shifty Schiff, Ohr & Nellie, Steele & all of the others, including even Mueller himself? Didn’t they lie?….

In the history of our country? This sounds pretty serious.
Whoa, this must really be serious for @realDonaldTrump to go right to hyperbole. https://t.co/pvErqrHpw6

And his strategy is evidently to remind everyone that his associates aren’t the only “crooked” people, that the other side has them too. Guess that’s one approach to a situation like this one.

So, what happens next? A pardon, perhaps?
